You can just turn it to easy and do it. If you're going for DM just save 2 and do em after you beat the story. Or just save 2 low level contracts and do em when you're high level. Remember to unequip mutagens. Grave Hag and Shrieker were the easiest. But just wait until you're overleveled, and then return to them. Grave hag's a good choice.
